Roamix Wallet: How Wallet Credit Works

Your Roamix Wallet holds credit you've earned with Roamix. You can spend it on your next eSIM plan or data top-up, just like money.
Where Wallet Credit Comes From

How to See Your Balance
On the web: go to Profile, then Wallet under Rewards.
In the app: go to Profile, then Wallet.
The Wallet page shows your balance, every credit and spend, and any cash back expiring soon with the date it expires.
How to Spend It
- Add an eSIM plan to your cart, or start a data top-up on one of your eSIMs.
- At checkout, switch on your wallet balance.
- The credit is taken off your total.
- If it covers the whole amount, confirm and you're done. There's no card payment.
- If it covers part of it, pay the rest by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
When wallet credit covers only part of an order, the card always pays at least $0.70, so a little credit may be left in your wallet.
Rules to Know
- Code or wallet, not both. If you apply a promo code or a friend's referral discount, wallet credit is switched off for that order.
- Plans and top-ups only. Wallet credit can be used for eSIM plans and data top-ups.
- No cash out. Credit can't be transferred to a card or bank account, or to another Roamix account.
- Spending doesn't count towards your tier. Only money you pay counts towards your Roamix Rewards tier, so credit can't earn more cash back on itself.
Does Wallet Credit Expire?
- Cash back expires one year after you earn it. When you spend, your oldest cash back is used first, so you're less likely to lose any. We'll remind you before cash back expires.
- Referral rewards and promo credit don't expire.
