How to Get a Receipt or Invoice From Roamix

After every purchase on Roamix, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address on your account. If you need a formal PDF invoice — for business expense reports or VAT purposes — you can download one anytime from your order history.

Automatic Email Receipt

Immediately after a successful payment, Roamix sends a purchase confirmation email containing:

  • Order number and date
  • Plan name, destination, and data allowance
  • Amount charged and payment method used
  • A link to view your order in your Roamix account

Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. The email comes from no-reply@roamix.app.

How to Download a PDF Invoice

You can download a formal PDF invoice for any order at any time:

  1. Log in to your account at roamix.app
  2. Go to Profile → Order History
  3. Select the order you need an invoice for
  4. Click "Download Invoice"

The PDF will download immediately. It includes all the details needed for business expense claims: Roamix company details, the date, the amount paid, a description of the plan, and your order reference number.

Using Invoices for Business Expenses

Roamix PDF invoices include the following fields that expense systems typically require:

  • Vendor name: Roamix
  • Date: Purchase date
  • Amount: Charged amount in USD
  • Description: Plan name and destination
  • Order reference: Unique order number

If your company requires a specific invoice format or additional details, contact support@roamix.app and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I Get a VAT Invoice?

Whether VAT applies to your purchase depends on your billing country and applicable tax regulations. If you require a VAT-specific invoice, email support@roamix.app with your order number and your VAT registration number, and our team will assist you.

Receipt Not Received?

If you haven't received your confirmation email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — look for an email from no-reply@roamix.app
  2. Verify your email address — log in to Profile > Settings to confirm the correct email is on your account
  3. Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery is usually instant but can occasionally be delayed
  4. Contact support — email support@roamix.app with your name and approximate purchase time and we'll resend your receipt
