Roamix eSIM Refund Policy

Roamix offers refunds within 14 days of purchase as long as your eSIM has not been installed or activated. Once an eSIM is installed, refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical failure on our end. Here's everything you need to know.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

You qualify for a full refund if both of the following are true:

  1. Your purchase was made within the last 14 days, and
  2. Your eSIM has not been installed or activated on any device.

If you bought the wrong plan, changed your travel plans, or simply no longer need the eSIM — and you haven't installed it yet — you are eligible to request a refund. Contact us promptly, as the 14-day window applies from the date of purchase, not the installation date.

What If the eSIM Didn't Work?

If your eSIM failed to connect and the problem was caused by a service issue on Roamix's side — not a device compatibility problem or user error — we will review your case and may issue a full or partial refund.

To open a technical failure claim, email support@roamix.app with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • The country and carrier you were trying to connect to
  • Screenshots of your device settings or any error messages

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Note that eSIMs that were not working because the device was incompatible, or because airplane mode/data roaming was not configured correctly, are not covered under this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@roamix.app with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase, or under Profile > Order History in your Roamix account.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). The exact timing depends on your bank — some process credits faster than others. You'll receive a confirmation email from us when the refund is initiated.
