How do I contact Roamix support?
You can reach our support team by emailing support@roamix.app. For account-related issues and eSIM management, log into your Roamix dashboard where you will also find self-serve options for most common tasks. Our Help Center covers the most frequently asked questions about installation, activation, troubleshooting, and billing.
How fast does Roamix customer support respond?
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 2 hours. For urgent issues involving an active eSIM that will not connect or a recent purchase problem, we prioritize your ticket for immediate assistance.
Do you have live chat support?
Yes. Live chat support is available during peak hours directly from the Roamix website. Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page. Outside of live chat hours, messages go to our support team and are answered by email within our standard 2-hour response time.
What do I do if my travel eSIM is not connecting?
Toggle airplane mode off and on to force your device to search for a new network. Then confirm Data Roaming is enabled for the Roamix eSIM line in your phone's cellular settings. Make sure Roamix is set as your active mobile data line. If the issue persists, email support@roamix.app with your order number and device model.
Do you offer business or partnership opportunities?
Yes. We work with travel agencies, corporate travel programs, airlines, hotels, and technology companies to provide eSIM connectivity solutions. Whether you are interested in white-labeling, API access, reseller arrangements, or bulk plan pricing, email support@roamix.app with Business Inquiry in the subject line and a brief description of your use case.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are available for unused, unactivated eSIM plans within 14 days of purchase. Email support@roamix.app with your order number and reason for the refund. We process eligible refunds within 3 to 5 business days. eSIMs that have been installed (QR code scanned) are considered activated regardless of whether data was used.
How do I report a technical bug or suggest a feature?
Email your bug report or feature suggestion to support@roamix.app with as much detail as possible, including screenshots, your device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. All feedback is reviewed by our product team. Many of our best improvements have come directly from traveler suggestions.
