Who Can Refer
You get your own referral code and link once you've spent $10 with Roamix. Until then, your Refer a friend page shows how to unlock it.
What Your Friend Needs to Do
For the referral to count, your friend has to:
- Be new to Roamix. One referral per person, and their account can't have made a purchase before.
- Use your code before their first purchase. They can sign up from your link, add your code under Profile, then Promo codes, or enter it in the promo box at checkout.
- Buy within 30 days of opening their account.
- Make a qualifying first purchase: a single eSIM plan priced at $10 or more before discounts. Several cheaper plans in one order don't add up.
Only their first purchase counts. If it doesn't qualify, the referral doesn't either.
The $3 discount counts as their code for that order, so it can't be combined with another promo code or with wallet credit.
How to Share
On the web: go to Profile, then Refer a friend.
In the app: go to Profile, then Refer a friend.
There you'll find:
- Your gift code, with a button to copy it
- Your invite link, to copy or send in any message app
- A QR code your friend can scan with their phone camera
Tracking Your Referrals
Your Refer a friend page lists everyone who signed up with your code:

| Pending | They've joined and have until the date shown to make a qualifying purchase |
| Qualified | They've bought, and your $3 is in your wallet |
| Expired | 30 days passed without a qualifying purchase |
| Reversed | Their purchase was refunded, so the reward was reversed |
We'll also remind you if a friend you invited is close to the end of their 30 days.
Refunds
If your friend's qualifying purchase is refunded, the referral is reversed. Up to $3 is taken back from your wallet, but never more than you have left, so your balance won't go below zero.
Fair Use
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and other abuse void rewards. Roamix may change or end the program at any time, but rewards already in your wallet stay there.

Your friend has 30 days from opening their account to make a qualifying first purchase. If they don't, the referral expires.
Why does my referral say Reversed?
Your friend's qualifying purchase was refunded. When that happens, the $3 is taken back out of your wallet, up to the amount you have left.
