How to Delete Your Roamix Account

You can permanently delete your Roamix account from your account settings. This removes all your personal data from our systems. The action is irreversible — there is no recovery once deletion is confirmed.
What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number)
- Complete order history and purchase records
- Saved payment methods
- Notification preferences and settings
- All personal data associated with your account
Important: Deleting your account does not remotely deactivate any eSIMs already installed on your device. Installed eSIMs will continue to work until their plan expires, but you will lose access to manage, monitor, or top them up through Roamix. If you have active plans you want to use, do so before deleting your account.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your account at roamix.app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account Security
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account"
- Read the warning message carefully
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity
- Click "Permanently Delete My Account"
You will be immediately logged out and your account will be queued for deletion.
This Action Is Irreversible
There is no grace period and no recovery option after you confirm deletion. If you have any doubt, consider simply logging out and stepping away — your account will be waiting for you if you change your mind. Only proceed with deletion if you are certain.
If you're deleting your account because of a specific issue — a billing problem, a notification you can't turn off, or a privacy concern — contact support@roamix.app first. We can often resolve the issue without requiring account deletion.
GDPR and Data Privacy
Roamix processes all account deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for European users. After deletion is processed, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period as required by law, before being automatically purged.

If you'd rather not use the in-app deletion flow, you can email support@roamix.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address on your account and we'll process the deletion manually within 5 business days.
