Roamix Rewards: How Tiers and Cash Back Work

Roamix Rewards is our loyalty program. Every account is a member from day one, and the more you travel with Roamix, the more cash back you earn on every eSIM.
The Five Tiers

Everyone starts at Roamer. Your tier goes up automatically when your lifetime spend reaches the next threshold.
Tiers Never Reset
Your tier is based on everything you've ever spent with Roamix, not on a yearly total. Once you reach Gold, you're Gold for good. There's nothing to requalify for.
What Counts as Spend
Lifetime spend is the money you actually pay for:
- eSIM plans
- Data top-ups on your eSIMs
It doesn't include:
- Anything paid with wallet credit
- Orders that were refunded or failed
Discounts lower your spend too, because spend is what you paid after the discount.
How You Earn Cash Back
Each time you buy an eSIM plan or a data top-up, you get a percentage of what you paid back as Roamix Wallet credit, at your tier's rate. It's added to your wallet as soon as your payment goes through, and you can spend it on your next eSIM. Read more in how cash back works.
The purchase that moves you up a tier earns cash back at the tier you had before it. Every purchase after that earns at the new rate.
Where to See Your Tier
On the web: open your dashboard, go to Profile, and tap your Roamix Rewards card under Rewards.
In the app: go to Profile and tap your tier under Rewards.
The Roamix Rewards page shows your current tier, how much more you need to spend to reach the next one, and the full Road to Elite.
Notifications
We'll let you know by email and notification when:
- You reach a new tier
- Some of your cash back is about to expire
You can change which notifications you get in your notification settings.
Good to Know
- Cash back can't be exchanged for cash or moved to a card.
- Cash back expires one year after you earn it. Your oldest cash back is always spent first.
- If an order is refunded, cash back earned on that order may be removed.
- Roamix may change the program in the future. Cash back already in your wallet stays there.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Roamix Rewards tiers?
There are five: Roamer ($0, 3% cash back), Silver ($25 lifetime spend, 5%), Gold ($75, 7%), Platinum ($250, 10%) and Elite ($500, 15%). Everyone starts at Roamer.
Do Roamix tiers expire or reset?
No. Your tier is based on lifetime spend and never resets, so once you reach a tier you keep it for good.
What counts towards my lifetime spend?
The money you actually pay for eSIM plans and data top-ups. Anything paid with wallet credit doesn't count, and refunded or failed orders are taken out.
When does my new tier start?
As soon as a purchase takes you over the threshold. That purchase earns cash back at your previous tier, and your next purchase earns at the new rate.
Do I need to sign up for Roamix Rewards?
No. Every Roamix account is a member automatically, starting at Roamer.
