How to Use a Promo Code or Discount Code

Roamix has three kinds of codes, and each goes in a slightly different place.

If you enter a discount code on the Promo codes page, we'll tell you to use it at checkout instead.
Redeeming a Promo Code
- Sign in and go to Profile.
- Under Rewards, tap Promo codes.
- Enter the code and tap Redeem.
- The credit is added to your wallet, ready for your next eSIM.
Codes you've already used appear under Redeemed on the same page.
"One quick step to use this code"
Promo codes need a verified email address. If yours isn't verified yet, the page shows a Verify your email step:
- Tap Resend to get a new verification link.
- Open the email and tap the link.
- Come back and redeem the code again.
Using a Discount Code at Checkout
- Add an eSIM plan to your cart.
- In the Promo code box at checkout, enter your code and apply it.
- The discount is taken off your total.
If you opened a Roamix link that included a discount, the code is applied for you at checkout.
Discount codes:
- Work on eSIM plans only, not on data top-ups.
- Can't be combined with wallet credit. Using a code switches off your wallet balance for that order, and your credit stays in your wallet for next time.
- Are one per order. A friend's referral discount counts as your code.
Why Isn't My Code Working?

| This code has expired | The code's end date has passed. |
| This code has been fully claimed | Every redemption for the code has been used. |
| You've already redeemed this code | Each code works once per account. |
| This code is for new customers only | It only works on accounts with no previous purchases. |
| Enter it at checkout instead | It's a discount code. Use it in your cart. |

No. Discount codes apply to eSIM plans only. You can use wallet credit on top-ups.
