How Cash Back Works on Roamix

Every time you buy an eSIM plan or a data top-up on Roamix, you get some of the money back as Roamix Wallet credit. It's automatic, and there's nothing to sign up for.
How Much You Earn
Your rate depends on your Roamix Rewards tier:

You'll see the cash back you're about to earn at checkout, next to your tier.
How It's Calculated
Cash back is a percentage of what you actually pay:
- After discounts. If a promo code takes $5 off, you earn cash back on the lower price.
- Not on wallet credit. The part of an order paid with wallet credit doesn't earn cash back.
- At your current tier. If an order moves you up a tier, that order earns at your old rate and the next one earns at the new rate.
Example: you're Silver (5%) and buy a $20 plan. You pay $20 by card and get $1.00 cash back. If you'd used $5 of wallet credit, you'd pay $15 by card and get $0.75 back.
When It Arrives
Cash back is added to your Roamix Wallet as soon as your payment goes through. You can use it on your very next eSIM or top-up.
Using Your Cash Back
At checkout, switch on your wallet balance and it's taken off the total. Wallet credit can't be combined with a promo code on the same order.
When It Expires
Cash back expires one year after you earn it. To help you keep it:
- Your oldest cash back is always spent first.
- Your Wallet page lists any cash back expiring soon, with the date.
- We send a reminder by email and notification before it expires.
Refunds
If an order is refunded, any cash back you earned on it may be taken back out of your wallet.

How much cash back do I get on Roamix?
Between 3% and 15% of what you pay, depending on your Roamix Rewards tier: Roamer 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 7%, Platinum 10% and Elite 15%.
When does cash back arrive?
As soon as your payment goes through. It appears in your Roamix Wallet right away and you can spend it on your next order.
Do I earn cash back on the part I paid with wallet credit?
No. Cash back is earned on the amount you paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, after any discounts. The part covered by wallet credit doesn't earn cash back.
Does cash back expire?
Yes, one year after you earn it. Your oldest cash back is spent first, and we remind you before any of it expires.
What happens to cash back if I get a refund?
Cash back earned on a refunded order may be removed from your wallet.
