How to Change Your Roamix Account Email
On this page
You can update the email address on your Roamix account at any time from your profile settings. For security, the new address must be verified before the change takes effect — a confirmation link will be sent to your new email inbox.
Steps to Change Your Email Address
- Log in to your account at roamix.app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Find the "Email Address" field under Account Details
- Click "Edit" next to your current email
- Enter your new email address
- Enter your current password to confirm the change
- Click "Save Changes"
- Check the inbox of your new email address for a message from no-reply@roamix.app
- Click the "Confirm New Email" link in that email
- Your email address is now updated — sign in with the new address going forward
Until you click the confirmation link, your old email remains active. The confirmation link expires after 24 hours.
Why Verification Is Required
Requiring verification of the new email address protects you from two things: accidental typos locking you out of your account, and unauthorized changes made if someone else gains access to your login. The new email isn't live until you confirm it, so your account always remains accessible.
Your Order History Stays Intact
Changing your email address does not affect your order history, active eSIMs, saved plans, or any other account data. Everything transfers automatically to your updated account. Future receipts and notifications will go to the new email address.
If You Lost Access to Your Old Email Address
If you can no longer access the email currently on your Roamix account, you can't complete the standard change flow — but we can still help. Email support@roamix.app from any address and include:
- Your full name
- The old email address on the account (if you remember it)
- Your order number (from any past purchase confirmation)
Our team will verify your identity and help you regain access. For security, we may ask for additional verification before making changes.
