How to Reset Your Roamix Password

Resetting your Roamix password takes about two minutes. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, check your email for a reset link, and follow the instructions. The link is valid for 1 hour.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to roamix.app/login
- Click "Forgot Password?" below the password field
- Enter the email address associated with your Roamix account
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@roamix.app — it arrives within 1–2 minutes
- Click the "Reset Password" link in the email
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Click "Save New Password"
- You'll be redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password
Your old password is immediately invalidated the moment you save the new one. Any existing sessions on other devices will be logged out.
If You Don't Receive the Reset Email
- Check your spam or junk folder — email filters sometimes catch automated messages
- Make sure you're using the correct email address — try any other email you may have used to sign up
- Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery is usually instant but can occasionally be delayed by your email provider
- Request a new link — if 5 minutes have passed, go back to the Forgot Password page and submit again
- Contact support — if you still haven't received it, email us at support@roamix.app with your name and we'll manually verify your account
Reset Link Expiry
For your security, the password reset link expires 1 hour after it is sent. If the link has expired when you click it, you'll see an error message — simply go back to roamix.app/login, click "Forgot Password?" again, and request a fresh link.
