Signing In With Google, Apple or Email

You can sign in to Roamix with Google, Apple or your email address. It's one screen for both signing in and signing up, and you'll always end up in the same account as long as you use the same email.
How to Sign In
- Go to roamix.app and tap Sign in, or open the Roamix app.
- Choose one:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Apple
- Enter your email and tap Continue
- If you already have an account, you're signed in (with email, you'll enter your password).
- If you're new, add your name to finish creating your account.
By signing up you accept the Roamix Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
One Account per Email
Roamix links sign-in methods by email address. If you signed up with your email and later tap Continue with Google using a Google account with that same address, you'll land in your existing account, with your eSIMs, orders, Roamix Rewards tier and wallet credit all in place. The same works the other way round, and for Apple.
To link, Google or Apple must have verified the email address.
Common Questions
"This email is signed up with Google"
You created your account with Google (or Apple), so there's no password on it. Use Continue with Google (or Apple) instead of entering a password.
A different Google or Apple account is already linked
Each Roamix account can be linked to one Google account and one Apple ID. If you see an error saying a different account is already linked, sign in with the Google account or Apple ID you used before, or sign in with your email and password.
Apple's Hide My Email
If you choose Hide My Email when you continue with Apple, Apple gives Roamix a private relay address instead of your real one. We can't match that to an existing email account, so it creates a separate Roamix account. If that's happened by mistake, sign in with the method you used first, or contact support@roamix.app and we'll help sort it out.

Can I sign in to Roamix with Google or Apple?
Yes. Tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the sign-in screen. If you're new, we'll ask for your name and create your account.
I signed up with my email. Can I use Google or Apple now?
Yes. If your Google or Apple account uses the same email address, signing in with it opens your existing Roamix account, with all your eSIMs, orders and wallet credit.
Why does Roamix say my email is signed up with Google?
You created your account with Google, so it doesn't have a password. Use Continue with Google to sign in.
I used Apple's Hide My Email and now I have two accounts. What do I do?
Hide My Email gives Roamix a private relay address, so it can't be matched to your email account. Sign in with the option you used first, or contact support@roamix.app and we'll help.
Do I need a separate account for the Roamix app and website?
No. It's the same account. Sign in the same way on both and you'll see the same eSIMs, orders and wallet.
