Troubleshooting VAIO eSIM
"Cellular" section missing in Windows Settings: Your VAIO is likely a Wi-Fi-only model without the WWAN module. The LTE/5G modem is a factory option and cannot be added after purchase. Run VAIO Update to check if any WWAN driver packages are available — if none appear, the hardware is absent.
Profile download fails or QR code not accepted: The eSIM scan must be initiated from within Windows Cellular settings, not the Camera app. If scanning fails, use the manual entry option and enter the SM-DP+ server address and activation code from your Roamix email.
Nano-SIM inserted but eSIM not recognized: Both SIM slots are managed separately in Windows Cellular settings.
