Samsung Galaxy A36 5G
The Samsung Galaxy A36 5G (2025) supports eSIM alongside a physical nano-SIM. One active eSIM at a time. Runs OneUI 7 (Android 15). Carrier-branded A36 models may have eSIM disabled — verify before purchase.
Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold eSIM Guide
The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold supports Dual eSIM on global variants — two eSIM lines active simultaneously alongside a nano-SIM slot. South Korea (KT/SKT/LGU+), China, and Hong Kong variants do not support eSIM. OneUI 7 path: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM.

Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+, Ultra, Edge, Slim, and FE all support eSIM and Dual eSIM. Note: Most models from South Korea, China, and Hong Kong do not support eSIM.

Samsung's rugged XCover series now includes eSIM support. The Galaxy XCover 7 and XCover 7 Pro allow for digital SIM activation, perfect for professionals in the field.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Series
Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE all support eSIM. S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra support Dual eSIM. Physical nano-SIM slot retained on all models.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Series
Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, and S23 FE all support eSIM. The S23 series introduced Dual eSIM to the Galaxy S lineup. Physical nano-SIM slot retained on all models.
Samsung Galaxy A1x Series
Most Galaxy A1x phones (A10, A12, A13, A14) do not support eSIM. The exception is the A15 5G and A16 5G, which support eSIM in select markets. 4G-only A1x models have no eSIM hardware.
Samsung Galaxy A23 5G
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is a versatile mid-range device that supports eSIM in specific markets, including the United Kingdom.
Samsung Galaxy A7x Series
Samsung Galaxy A70, A71, and A72 do not support eSIM. The Galaxy A73 5G supports eSIM in select markets. The A7x family bridges mid-range and upper-mid-range Galaxy A, with eSIM arriving only in the A73 5G.
Samsung Galaxy Book eSIM Guide
Samsung Galaxy Book laptops with 5G connectivity have built-in eSIM. Covers Galaxy Book2 Pro 360, Book3 Pro 360, and Book4 5G models. Wi-Fi-only Galaxy Book models have no eSIM.
Samsung Galaxy A5x Series
Samsung Galaxy A5x series is the primary eSIM tier in the Galaxy A lineup. A52s 5G, A53 5G, A54 5G, A55 5G, and A56 5G all support eSIM in select markets. A50 and most A51 variants do not.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S Series
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S9, and Tab S10 series support eSIM on cellular/LTE/5G variants. Wi-Fi-only Tab S models have no eSIM. Cellular variants pair eSIM with a physical nano-SIM slot.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Series
Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra all support eSIM alongside a physical nano-SIM. One active eSIM at a time. Dual eSIM is not available on this generation.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold & TriFold Series
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 through Fold 7 and the innovative Z TriFold all support eSIM. Note: Most models from South Korea (except Fold 4/5) and all models from China/HK/Taiwan do not support eSIM.

Samsung Galaxy A3x Series
Samsung Galaxy A3x series has mixed eSIM support. A30 and A30s have no eSIM. A32 5G, A33 5G, A34 5G, and A35 5G support eSIM in select markets. The 4G-only A32 also has no eSIM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Series
Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra support eSIM. S20 FE eSIM support depends on variant: the 5G Snapdragon version has eSIM; the 4G Exynos international version does not. Chinese variants of all S20 models have no eSIM.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Series

Samsung Galaxy A4x Series
Samsung Galaxy A40 does not support eSIM. The Galaxy A41 and A42 5G support eSIM in select markets — primarily Japan and Europe. The A4x is a small family with limited but present eSIM availability.
Samsung Galaxy A2x Series
Samsung Galaxy A20, A21, A22, A23, and A24 do not support eSIM in any widely available variant. The A2x family is designed for budget markets where eSIM hardware is not included. Physical dual nano-SIM only.
